Returns & Refunds Policy

Return of Items
Global Tile Ltd will accept item(s) purchased from it for return, providing the claim is made within 30 days from the date of purchase. When the claim is made outside the 30 days from the date of purchase, then unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange the item(s).

To be eligible for a refund or exchange the item(s) must be accompanied with, a copy of the original invoice. Only full boxes of tile will be accepted, and all item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in good condition with the original packaging still intact, and the batch number and item(s) must still be in current stock. All freight charges are to be paid for by the customer returning the item(s). All returned item(s) will incur a 25% restocking fee when the items(s) is returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

* Part boxes and pieces of tile, and sale price item(s) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
* Hazardous materials or flammable liquids are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be emailed to sales@globaltileco.nz

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reason(s) not due to our error.

  • Any item(s) that is returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will advise you that we have received your returned item(s) and whether a refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, then we will process a credit to your account or a refund to your nominated account within a certain number of days.

Sale Item(s) (if applicable)
Sale price item(s) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Freight Charges
All freight charges are to be paid for by the customer returning the item(s).
Freight costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return freight will be deducted from our refund to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are freighting an item(s) over $75 in value, then we suggest you consider using a trackable freight service or purchasing freight/shipping insurance.

Global Tile Ltd shall not be responsible for any item(s) you return to their warehouse being lost in transit.
